ASTPP 3.6 Getting 500 error while creating Rate Group

When I create Rate Group on ASTPP 3.6 fresh install  , I get 500 error 

Console output

1. Request URL:
   http://example:8089/pricing/price_save/

   POST
3. Status Code:
   500 Internal Server Error
4. Remote Address:
   68.183.123.126:8089
5. Referrer Policy:
   no-referrer-when-downgrade

It looks like nginx is misconfigured. Please reconfigure it and check.
