COMPANY PROFILE CUSTOMIZATION

Hi guys

I have installed v 4 .0.1 on scratch debian 9 system.

Am trying to change the login area site but with no luck.I add my domain https://mydomain.com/ also tried https://mydomain.com/ , mydomain.com.

Hello,

The FQDN which are using to open portal is the same as you have configured in the domain part of company profile, please verify it.

yes its the same

In the login screen i can see that the logo has changed but at the bowser tab name neither the favicon or the name changed.see tthe attached file to understand.

Ok am clariffying that on company profile domain i added the following https://portal.mydomain.com/ its the same as in var/lib/astpp/astpp.conf

Also am not using a certificated.

Yes the exact same way but still the same.Also this is the second time that i do it on a scratch system and only tried this and the output was the same.

Try setting 755 permissions to /var/www/html/astpp/upload directory, if not 777

Done the same. The path though is usr/ASTPP/web_interface/astpp/upload.Initially it was 755 and i have changed it to 777.The main logo in login screen changes only the section i attached doesnt.On my previous installation i managed to change the favicon manually and it worked.The only thing i couldnt do is the Log in | ASTPP - A SMART .....

any help guys am really stuck here.I have to replace my 3.6 to the new one

After much of work backups and restore i finally fix it.So for future reference when u install version 4.0.1 add ssl certificate and the problem is solved.
Please mark this one solved
