HOW DO I CHANGE Reason: Q.850;cause=16;text="NORMAL_CLEARING" to the REAL CAUSE

I am using ASTPP 401 to control some gateways abroad. When no circuits are available or the call is rejected the gateway send 503 or something; however ASTPP returns

 Reason: Q.850;cause=16;text="NORMAL_CLEARING"

STATUS

SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable

but in

MESSAGE HEADER Reason: Q.850;cause=16;text="NORMAL_CLEARING"

This is causing problems when REROUTING THE CALL.

Is there anyway to change the MESSAGE HEADER to the REAL DISCONNECT CODE ?

No it is a dialplan variable, you should check in astpp.xml.lua, you may add it under whichever flow you are using.

Yes, making the change in the ASTPP.XML.LUA did the trick.  Thank you very much !!!!!

However is there a way to report the REAL CAUSE as Q.850 instead of 16 Normal Call Clearing ?
