Hi Manish,

Can you please run sofia status command in fs_cli and give me output?

Thanks,

2) I created new sip-profile with name newip with new IP address of operating system, and the sofia status is as

Dear Samir,

I am not able to see new sip profile when i pass command sofia status through fs_cli. But in ASTPP portal i can see another sip profile created.

That is the reason the freeswitch core is not updated with new profile created through ASTPP.

Best Regards
Manish

If you want to start sip profile then you can start without restarting freeswitch.

To start :
sofia profile PROFILENAME start

To reload :
sofia profile PROFILENAME rescan

To stop :
sofia profile PROFILENAME stop

Hi,

I know this is a few years old but I had exactly the same issue.

When I create a new SIP profile in ASTPP then ASTPP adds this to the ASTPP database but it does not show up in sofia.

this is because Sofia requires a restart to pick up the new profile - so you can either:
use fs_cli to unload and load sofia
    unload sofia
    load sofia

or restart freeswitch

Both require you to kill all live calls unfortunately.

Thanks,

David
