Update Termination and Origination rates

Hello,

What is the best way to upload new rates into the system. If it requires the table manipulation on database end please explain it in details for termination and origination rates as well.

I have old rates uploaded in termination rates and deleting those rates through web page is really hectic and time consuming.

If you have an idea about database queries then build query to delete the records from database directly. That will be quicker in 2.3. 
In version 3.0, to avoid this problem we have implemented batch delete features which makes life easier.

you have to insert or update the trunk rates -> table: outbound_routes and after that you have to pick the lowest rate for each prefix and insert or update it on table: routes
