I can not show caller id in a device

Hello,

I create a 2 devices, one register in a softphone and other in an asteris pbx, but i set a caller id and show nothing to the person i call.

Please if somebody can help me with this.

whats your call flow?

Where are you not getting caller id?

You can add it in sip device edit page in guide or set force caller id.

The call flow is i dial from a softphone (xlite) and in display name field i set a caller id, but not caller id is showed to the person i call.

And in the PBX is the same i set a caller id in the outbound route but dosent work.

But i what i need is that the user of the softphne can change the caller id in the display name every time he wants.
