No CDR's and [NO_ROUTE_DESTINATION]

Hi,

Fresh install of ASTPP and freeswitch via script.

GUI all working fine and I can register a phone to the system. I followed the instructions in the Wiki but keep getting the above message in fs_cli when placing a call to the system.

Any help please?

Hi Glenn,

What number you are dialing ? and have you added Origination and Termination rates for relevant number.

Origination and termination rate option could be found under Routing menu.

The IP's being used start 94.xxx.xxx.xxx 109.xxx.xxx.xxx 85.xxx.xxx.xxx and 37.xxx.xxx.xxx if that helps reading?

Its seems like your rates not found to place call please check that your rates must be assign to appropriate rate group and Termination Rates cost must be lower then Origination rates.

yeah but i think you have added some value in customer account Dialed Number Mods  field that why its truncating some prefix from you number any goes to search for routes for 54744118 this pattern in place of  92354744118.

923 was truncated.
