Invoice Download error

I try to download Invoices but it return to a blank page with an error code "

An Error Was Encountered

error: 6 : ######"

I wondering the folder permission i see it correct 0755 unfortunately i couldn't see any invoice lists in invoices/ folder.

any please help.

I have just setup and given 755 permission to my ASTPP directory, it works

drwxr-xr-x 9 root root     4096 Jun 29 08:38 ASTPP

Just make sure you have given permission and if still not work then please report bug here with details: https://jira.astppbilling.org/

Just in case it helps anyone who has this issue, I had a custom logo uploaded which caused the same error. I deleted the logo and the error went away

I just ran into this issue, and I can verify that when I remove the custom logo uploaded in the company profile, the invoices will not download. As soon as I delete the custom logo, the invoices will work just fine.

Please provide more information like does your server ASTPP source have proper permissions? Which OS you using etc.
