Hi,

I have a SBC front-ending ASTPP.

PSTN --------DiD Providers ----------Internet -------SBC = 10.10.10.1 ---"Local LAN subnet 10.10.10.0/24"---------10.10.10.2= ASTPP
                                                                                                                                                                      --------10.10.10.3=FusionPBX
Now PSTN Inbound calls to DID assigned to  ASTPP Accounts fail for IP Authentication issue.

If I set an IP Settings assigned to a DiD provider account  on ASTPP all inbound PSTN calls are assigned to the Provider account. And as a consequence only the provider account is billed: Customers can receive call for free!

Could someone help on the correct solution to this issue?

Regards

William

Hello,

DID provider's IP must be there in IP Settings because ASTPP is receiving requests from that IP only so that IP must be allowed as accepted.
However if you want to bill the inbound leg to customer then add DID provider IP under customer's account.
