@Radhika, I think the family members of arundathi have not turned her off, but they are busy in their own way.. and she is not feeling very comfortable to seek their help. I wonder if the taata ajji roles still exist and also the mother role.. They were really good.
TNS has erred here as well on the time-line aspect, the same way his shishya dodderi has been doing in minchu. TNS says its been 5 years since he met Arundathi, during her marriage or so.We can safely assume that he is 5 year gap difference between mukta and mukta mukta. If we look @ the political conversation of making desai chief-minister. Why would he wanna become CM since after 5 years there will election. And its election time now ? As we know desai became CM when mukta ended. So this whole stuff of desai changing party and becoming CM is shady since he can go to the junta for votes rather than needing support of the same people who ditched him.
The last piece where Hulivan is talking: the tall guy with moustache tells him that the CM is probably suffering from a fatal disease. That makes Hulivan very happy, because he is next in line for CM.
Ok, so already another CM candidate waiting? Looks like TNS is trying to figure out what actually happened in our real karnataka politics, that 20-20 thing and later many CM contestants etc., leading to an elections.. He might also show some educated IT gang participating in elections.. Lets wait and watch..
Seeing CSP as public prosecutor is a change. Because he had refused to be public prosecutor in Muktha/Manvantara because he thought that he will not be able to effectively fight wrong policies of the government. Now we are seeing a changed CSP.
And even in Manvantara, he ad acted as a judge & also some head of court(unable to get the correct name of that position), where he guides Mandakini who will be also a judge and later will get entangled in a murder plot. He is a Govt. officer(IAS i think) and was head of Kannada & culture dept.

@Gauthama katte, bhavanegaLu jeevanakke mukhya alva? ee serial onthara nija jeevanadalli nadiyodanna bimbisutte antha nanna anisike. Atleast I liked the way they have picturised the scene where they all eat the jackfruit. I was infact remembering my Ajji mane visits and my ajji taata, atte and other cousins enjoy those jackfruit cutting/eating sessions.
of course, he is rich in his knowledge.. i agree that one..Even, the viewers will also gain some knowledge by looking at his serial. But, we must praise him for that. Praising himself looks little bit over.
@ SRINIVAS, Go & search in Sapna book house, or log in to Sapnaonline.com, search for the books, they will send you the books through VPP. online edition is little bit cheaper than its list price, however through post it will cost you Rs.20/- or more than actual.

About the over swaabhimaana of Arundati. hmm.. We need to see for what reason they are divorced for ? probably then we can comment on that.
this serial is little bit ok till now. there is no sofa scene.
actors are also acting in a fine manner, particularly the thespians who play the role of city sheshappa, madhu & kalyani are brilliant in their acting.
This is a really good place as a main Muktha site for every day updates, For any particular highlights or quotes that you particularly appreciated, please post it on this muktha page so that it can be preserved and we learn from it. Particularly invaluable are some striking quotes or poetry that are intervowen in the serial. I think TNS, apart from the criticism, is one person who really highlights the richness of Kannada literature. Just for example look at the lyrics of the title song ?
Too much of Topi sheshappa these days and Shambhavi looks to be over sympathy-craving person.. Well, even that lady malathi was too rude when she speaks few sentences as to why Shambhavi is not married.. GOSH! Does such people really exist at all???
Radhika, True.. The character of Shambavi is displayed that way. I understand all her tragic stroies and her sacrifices that she has made .. But she has already said that many times when people come to her for any favours.. I beleive if you have taken any responsibility in life or done any sacrifices its good but there is no need to tell that out loud every now and then ..If one does that so , then she looses her personality for nothing antha nanna bhaavane.
I think the brother objects (even goes to hit her) her wife when she talks ill about his sister.. but he displays his helplessness very badly!

But, he has faltered a little in the storyline here. All the children (Shambhavi and her siblings) always look at their father with a sispicious eye, not trusting him on even a small thing. However, they trust him COMPLETELY (which is too naive on there part) when he tells that cock and bull story about the 5 Lakh Rupees he has in his trunk. The more NATURAL thing would be for one of the children to insist and take tat money back to Manmohan. Instead, they all meekly let him take that money himself.

we should all be happy that the negative chracters in TNS serials have a non kannada name . . thats his edge for not hurting any kannada sirname with a negative tinge . . as a serial with acute popularity and a media that affects so many people tns has to be sure not to mess with name . . . . . . . . shambhavi is upset because her charcter demands that she be that way . . the furstration and complex psychology of awoman who is forced to tkae care of afamiy at the cost of her personAL life is difficul to even be contemplated . . . its easy for us to stupidfy everythiing in the comforts of our homes and the luxuru of even interacting over the internet . . well stark poverty and psychological oppressions are only for people who can tink beyond entertinment and look for valuabe content . . ..

After Arun Kumar (found by TNS) for one of his previous serial who unfortunately died in a road accident, it is nice to watch the person who is acting in the role of Shashi. Somehow in all TNS serials we get to see one interesting role who performs very naturally. We had Sundarraj (Ramanatha), Nanjundaswamy (Nanjunda) and now Shashi whose real name is not known to me.
It was MANIPULATION when shown intially , suddenly the cover was changed to MANITULATION when went to raddi. cant TNS look into blunders like this?. It is said that he gives importance to even minor details. ha ha

@Anitha, I saw the last bit. where Shashi brings the lady (Vastu and orthodox) and asks if TNS can give her a job of typist and TNS gets wild saying why does these people bring in people and asks him such favours. Then somehow the lady says all her family story and their load for apartments, no earning for the family, the ashrama-adhyatma-loving son and the need for her to earn. Finally TNS gives her the typist job and puts 4 conditions.
