Appended below is the JD for Learning Analyst position.. - An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Learning & Development Analyst within a growing Global Learning function. - The Learning Analyst provides expertise in the design and functionality of learning and business analysis reports levering our learning management system (Cornerstone OnDemand). - The Learning Analyst also needs to understand business learning requirements and how to define, produce and utilize performance metrics to assist the Global Learning team in making critical decisions while demonstrating the value the function provides to the business. - This position reports to the Manager of Learning Operations based in our World Headquarters in Atlanta, GA and will work closely with our HRIS and Workforce Planning colleagues to provide a holistic picture of NCR talent. - Working with the Manager of Learning Operations, develop a repeatable and quantifiable set of learning metrics and reports that provides global learning leaders with actionable insights on an ongoing basis - Responsible for gathering, analyzing, summarizing and presenting learning related data from multiple sources in support of disseminating meaningful Learning data and metrics to business partners throughout the organization - Conducts first-level data collection, checking and analysis; Uses NCR tools to convert raw data into report formats - Uses learning data to develop insights on how effective NCR is leveraging learning resources BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor"s Degree or equivalent experience * 3 years of related experience * Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access * LMS (learning management system) experience * Effective in communicating and partnering with support organizations and the Field; Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Cornerstone On Demand LMS knowledge and experience * Ideal candidate would possess a background in report design and data analysis and provide our partners with timely and accurate data If interested in the above mentioned requirement, request you to send your updated profile in word format to ramya...@ncr.com Thanks & Regards, Ramya Bist Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant - Mumbai NCR Corporation T 022-61954665 | F 022-61954401 Email : Ramya...@ncr.com
