Director Comey is wrong. Privacy and security can be assured.
Current attackers exploit the dismal quality of software code in the user devices. Most user device software is rife with the equivalent of split infinitives, hanging participles, ambiguous pronouns, misspellings and all the other errors that middle school language teachers see every day.
Now a way of proofreading the code can find and correct all logic, arithmetic and semantic faults.
When the computer software we each use is free of faults then the bad guys will not be able to do their thing.
