asterisk 16 on centos 6

Hello!

Looks like codec binaries are not centos 6 compatible:

[Oct 18 11:07:25] ERROR[787] loader.c: Error loading module 'codec_g729.so': /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/codec_g729.so)

Could you tell me are there plans to support centos 6?

btw, as I see asterisk 13 codec compatible with centos6 has glibc2.2 in file names.
