Help! install g729 codec fail. message is " ... cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Dear Sir:

Can someone help me ? I have problem to install g729 codec with
asterisk 1.6.0. Thanks

CPU is Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz
System is CentOS v4.7 x86_64

I install g729 codec with codec_g729-ast16-gcc4-glibc-pentium4.so

Asterisk log file show :

Error loading module 'codec_g729.so': /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/
codec_g729.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory

Tracing Message is as follow:

$ ldd codec_g729.so
linux-gate.so.1 => (0xffffe000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0xf7e5e000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x56555000)

You must use 64-bit binary.
