IVR en Asterisk ( failed so falling back to exten 's' )

Me pregunto si alguien ha tenido la frustante experiencia de intentar
hacer que un IVR creado en extensions.conf, funcione en un servidor *,
con VICIDIAL funcionando.

El escenario es que necesito crear una serie de IVR's en *, (no en
VICIDIAL) para nuestras oficinas departamentales.

Si bien VICIDIAL funciona correctamente, en cuanto agrego un IVR al
extensions.conf, me genera el siguiente error con el consecuente error
en VICIDIAL.

ERROR:

Supongo que se debe a que tengo algo mal configurado-.

Copio mi extensions.conf, el cual fue creado por un programador que
contratamos exclusivamente para Asterisk.

vale que puedes hacerlo normalmente mientras declares el did que
quieras de entrada solo en el .conf mas no lo declares como parte de
un in-gruop en vicidial.

que version de vicidial tienes?

Mas bien a que has hecho la integración correctamente, por no saber como
funciona el vicidial

Gracias. Tengo la version 2.05 de Vicidial y la 1.2.30 de Asterisk.

Si entiendo bien me dices que los numeros de entrada que declaro
en el extensions.conf, no los declare en un IN-GROUP en Vicidial?..

En este caso Vicidial no tiene un IN-GROUP creado, aún así cuando
creo el IVR se me cae ViciDial por algún motivo.

No sé si pueda ser el hecho de que el programador metio todo en un
mismo
contexto [default] y no se molesto en programar bien el
extensions.conf
con sus correspondientes contextos bien demarcados.

Quizás al añadir mi IVR en el [default] las cosas se rompen.

Alguna idea?...

No llamamos al integrador porque tras hacer la instalación a medias,
y haber cobrado el trabajo completo, desaparecio.
