He instalado el ngrep-sip y tras hacer las trazas al puerto 5060 del
server asterisk he visto esto:

Si, he dejado la IP 87.111.17.100 visible por que esto era lo que
fastidiaba. Resulta que esa IP es la IP fija del antiguo proveedor de
Internet y "alguien" se olvido de cambiar el parametro externip en el
archivo sip.conf. Lo he cambiado, he recargado, desde CLI>, la
configuracion SIP y por ultimo he realizado algunas pruebas de emision
y recepcion de llamadas sin incidencia alguna. Problema resuelto.
