Asterisk Vicidial

He instalado el marcador predictivo (Vicidial) en un Slackware siguiendo las indicaciones de Asguiclient ( http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/scratch_install.html )
Creamos con llamadas SIP a nuestras extensiones y todo normal, el audio esta ok, no hay problema en esa parte.
La version del Asterisk es 1.2.3, una ves que definimos los datos de telefonos, para el marcador predictivo ejecutamos el asguiclient y el marcador empieza a funcionar lanza la llamada pero timbra pero no efectua la llamada
he probado con un celular y al momento de tomar la llamada en la consola me manda el siguiente error:

Ademas los datos que debieron cargarse en el webform no son cargados,Aqui esta una parte de lo que arroja la consola del asterisk, si ven hay varios SQL que ejecuta, pero con el campo campaign_id y otros mas vacios.
Alguna sugerencia,
