error al recibir llamadas de una troncal externa

Buenas tardes tengo una maquina con Asterisk 13.5.0 y la tengo conectada a una troncal externa desde donde recibo una llamada, la troncal la tengo configurada asi:

la troncal me aparece registrada normal, la cuestión es que cuando  desde esa troncal me ingresa una llamada, esta no entra y me refleja el siguiente mensaje en mi planta:
