Hello everyone,
I am trying to fit the following model to some fitness data (survival and plant size measured over multiple years):
Responses = 1/w*(a*1/w^2*(t-m)^2+b*1/w*(t-m)+c)+h
In the model, t is a known predictor variable, everything else on the right side of the equation (i.e. w, m, h, a, b, c) are unknown parameters.
My question is that can I use aster analysis to fit this model? I guess the answer is no because the model seems to me like a nonlinear model, but I am not quite sure and would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks!
Xiaojing
