 Job Description

 Experience & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in automation tools: Cucumber, Selenium/Java
• Highly Preferred: Java, Cucumber with strong in API Testing tool like Katalon Studio,Postman,SOAP UI,Apigee,Assertible.
• Experience in Telematics is preferred
• Contributes to the development of robust, high throughput walkaway automation.
• Take ownership of test automation initiatives, provide plans and execute.
• Experience in automation using Java and Selenium
• Translate user requirements into design specifications for development of high quality, customer focused products.
• Provide service support for in house instrumentation as needed.
• Work with the Product and Quality teams for vendor selection and qualification; serve as the key technical liaison for device and instrument vendors.
• Play a key role in product launch activities including but not limited to creation of customer facing documentation, training and customer support.
• Provide post-launch product support including troubleshooting of customer issues and product stabilization.
• Experience working in large scrum teams in an agile development environment
• Strong knowledge of software development, testing, maintenance, and support
• Experience developing or influencing the development of automated framework(s) for enterprise level functional and regression testing is preferable
• Document work per Quality system requirements.
• Keep current with advances in automation methodologies and tools.
• Make recommendations for system features and improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop test automation framework and develop the new test automation libraries to develop the automated regression suite
• Design and Develop the automated solution for sanity testing for various repeatable tests
• Test environment setup and management
• Participate in multiple meetings with IT, product owners or team members
• Lead the overall team automation approach by integrating tests into the CICD process
• Communicate and document testing progress, results and other relevant information regarding the testing of systems and products to peers, leaders and product development teams
• Maintain testing and other relevant project-related documentation in response to ongoing improvement and evolution of products over time
• Collaborate with organization to advise on best practices for testing tools, strategy and techniques to integrate Quality in the entire product life cycle
• Work with subject matter expert’s knowledge of all aspects regarding the applications within our hosted solution by processing business logic and how it is realized in our applications.
