Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MACCIA) is the apex Chamber of Commerce in Maharashtra, constituted as a charitable trust established in 1927. In order to increase awareness among citizens regarding alternative dispute resolution processes which are time bound and cost effective, MACCIA has set up the Arbitration & Mediation Centre in affiliation with the Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation, Cochin.

This is an initiative to make available the Chamber's own Arbitration & Mediation Centre at the prime locality close to Bombay High Court.
