HOA "expert" Danny Pebbles

[Association Movie]

Hello everyone!

You're getting this as a fan of "The Association" -- a would-be
independent film that has yet to see the light of day. While I wish I
had some great news about the movie getting made soon, alas, I do
not. There isn't a lot of good news for folks like me trying to raise
money to make a film. I've been working in the background however,
and I'm sure the pieces will come together at just the right time.
HOA's need their day at the movies!

I wanted to share with you a side-project I did with renowned
community conflict resolution guru Danny Pebbles. Danny has been
traveling the speaker circuit throughout the Homeowners Association
world, and asked me if I could create a DVD series, starring him, that
will help people deal with common (and uncommon) HOA problems. He's a
smart and hilarious guy, and tries to use respect and good humor to
help people resolve conflict.

The video series doesn't really exist yet, but we wanted to get the
promo out there to see what kind of a response we get. I'm not sure
I'm a 100% on board with Danny's techniques (or his price), but his
heart is in the right place. Be sure to click over to the YouTube
page (click on the video itself) and add your comments!

As for "The Association" movie, I'll update you if anything exciting
happens. I may just have to mortgage my apartment and max out all my
credit cards, but I'll get it done. Let me know if you have any
