World Wide umbrella organizations for Madhesis

It might sound a bit weird, as when you think how many madhesis are in
the US and the UK or in the Pacific. Is it actually possible, if yes
then if that would be worthy formig it??

What could be the benefits, and demerits of an umbrella madhesi
organization??

Is it possible to organze a Grand Convention of Madhesi around the
Earth, not today but after 3-5 years time??

Is it the right time for us in the United States, Europe, and the
Pacific to act?

Can we help our fellow people in Qatar, Saudi and Kuwait organize??
Would that help ultimately people back in Nepal??

What can we do?
Where do we need to start from?
Who needs to take the initiative?? Are you the right person?

Do you have anyone in mind who can lead us worldwide?
