Great opportunity for Senior Global Compensation Program Manager at Fortune 500

A Fortune 500 company headquartered in Denver is seeking a Senior Global
Compensation Program Manager. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this
position is responsible overseeing global compensation, including base,
variable and equity plans, metrics and trends, and executive compensation.
Candidates must have global compensation design and delivery work, be very committed
to the quality of their work and passionate about delivering excellence in
presentations, communications and analytic thinking. Details on the position

Experience:
At least five years of professional experience in compensation or total rewards
with MBA/MS from top tier ILR school, or an equivalent combination of
experience and education. Consulting experience a plus.
Salary: Commensurate with experience. Relocation included.
