HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
DUTIES:
1. Recruit, interview, and select qualified team members to fill vacant positions for both hourly and salaried positions.
2. Coordinate annual wage-benefit survey for production team members.
3. Direct performance management program for salaried team members.
4. Provide team members with updated benefit information.
5. Assess team member training needs, develop and provide specific training programs for all team members.
6. Develop Human Resource staff, as well as work with other managers in the development of their staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree in business with an emphasis in human resources preferred. Five (5) years human resource experience in an industrial environment is requested, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Technical
a. Personnel laws and affirmative action/EEOC requirements, including recruitment and selection.
b. Compensation and benefits administration, including preparing and maintaining budgets.
c. Training and development techniques and evaluation.
