Dear Residents,
As a responsible resident of VBHC Vaibhava want to bring notice an core issue.

In the premises we are having an grocery shop for the convenience of fellow residents for day today necessities like vegetable,groceries,milk etc.

It has been observed whenever we visit the shop with our young kids it has been observed that shop owner/lady selling Ciggarates in disguise of selling vegetable or other day today necessity.

It's being embrassing situation and it will be bad impression on young kids.


Please initiate some stricter actions in this regard.

The easiest way to control that is rather going for any person, why can't go for a open market of safal, Reliance etc. We need to stop selling tobacco in the premise, specially where there is a lot of youngsters are residing.

Thanks for the support.
Normally most of us depend on milk,little vegies.Most of the vegitable and groceries we get from Chandapur or Big Market or Dmart.

Main concern here is sale of tobacco inside the complex.

This need to be banned altogether.

Lets start tobacco selling ban inside community.

Hi All,

This is for your information if not received due to any unknown reason.

With reference to above subject, we would like to inform you that originally the Project Vaibhava was consisting thirty four (34) blocks and 1904 flats as per Sanctioned Plan dated 03/07/2010 issued by the Anekal Planning Authority ("APA/BMRDA") (the "Original Sanctioned Plan" – Annexure 1).

 

We state that the Company acquired an additional extent of three (3) acres of land which also forms part of Project Vaibhava (the "Additional Land"). Further, we state that a portion of land forming part of Project Vaibhava was relinquished in favour of BESCOM for setting up a sub-station (the "Relinquished Land"). The Relinquished Land comprised land on which Block Nos.18 and 25 were to be constructed. We further inform you that a modified plan of construction for Project Vaibhava was sanctioned by the APA/BMRDA (the "Modified Sanctioned Plan" – Annexure 2) on 05/01/2012. This Modified Sanctioned Plan was issued pursuant to the acquisition of the Additional Land.

 

In accordance with the Modified Sanction Plan, two blocks - 18 and 25 which were to be constructed on the Relinquished Land and other areas were deleted and nine (9) blocks were sanctioned on the Additional Land. Accordingly in terms of the Modified Sanctioned Plan, the total number of apartment blocks in Project Vaibhava comprise of Block Nos.1 to 42, numbered sequentially (leaving out block numbers 8, 13, 18 and 25 totally comprising thirty eight (38) blocks.

 

While we have not changed the structure of the building/apartment as approved by the APA/ BMRDA and the renumbering of the blocks happened without violating any law and regulation and the same is resulted due to aforesaid genuine reason. Now, it has been decided to incorporate a clause in sale deed referring old and new block number as per actual in accordance with Modified Sanction plan approved by APA/ BMRDA and this will clarify renumbering of Blocks. We hereby confirm that there is no change in actual flat location but there will be change in the nomenclature of block of the project. 

We request you to kindly make note of these changes so that the registration formalities may be processed based Annexure – 1

Dear Team,

Because of Non-delivery of flats before 31.10.2014, now every owner has to pay 30K extra for Registration expenses.

New guidelines effective from 02.11.2014.Whether builder will bear the additional cost.

Hi Guys,

 

Some issue which I saw and want to discuss with you all:-

 

a) During purchasing of flat, sales man informed that society have 15 boring for water supply, but when I checked only 3 are working conditions and no idea about the confirm number.

b) When I asked security guard is camera working he denied and told me its not working, its just a show case.

c) When I spoke with water tanker about the water supply he told me he supply 24-25 trip of water every day, with a cost of Rs 300 per tanker, and capacity of the tanker is 4000 litter which cost us around 2-3 lakhs per month. Amount need to be pay by every one every month.

 

Its not a question about any specific block its question about entire society.

 

Now advice what to do and how to resolve the issue. And who will pay to rectify the boring well.
