Complaint Regarding Pet Dogs in the common Basement of Block 19-24

Dear Association members and home owners,

I would like to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the basement area(Block19-24) of our building. Several residents have been seen roaming with their pet dogs in the basement, and unfortunately, the pets are defecating in the premises creating an unhygienic and unpleasant environment for everyone.

The basement is meant for parkingand common use, and such practices not only make the area filthy but also pose health and safety risks to all residents.

I kindly request the management to take immediate action to address this issue, such as:

1.  Restricting the entry of pets in the basement area.

2. Issuing clear guidelines to pet owners regarding responsible pet behavior.

3. Ensuring regular checks and penalties for violations.

Your prompt attention will be much appreciated.
