Select Sub Division ie., ANEKAL

Enter your Consumer ID No. and Click Show Tab

It will take to you to below screen shot

Click Bill No. link and have your Bill Soft copy

Hope it will help you without waiting for Hard Copy (Usually bill will generates after 7th of every month).
