As informed during the AGM held on 5th January 2025 and the GBM on 6th April 2025, the renewal of the Pollution Control Board [PCB] license is due in June 2025. We would like to inform you that the license renewal process has been initiated, and the application has been submitted. We are expecting the renewal to be completed by July 2025.
The total cost for the license renewal is approximately ₹25 lakhs, which must be paid in one installment by 15th July 2025.
Considering the financial position of the VVAAOA, which was discussed in detail during the AGM and GBM, the Board has decided to increase the maintenance charge by ₹1 per sq. ft. only for the July–September 2025 quarter. Accordingly, the maintenance charge for this quarter will be ₹4 per sq. ft. This increase is temporary and applicable only for this quarter to help manage the immediate financial requirement for the PCB license renewal.
We are also actively pursuing recovery of pending maintenance dues, which will be used to clear the outstanding vendor payments currently amounting to nearly ₹1.5 crore.
What happened? Why do you ask for Rs 4 per sq ft for this quarter also?
