Dear sir,

Please confirm how long you are going to increase the maintenance charges from Rs. 3.00 to 4.00 per sq ft. I am always paid on time. You should have discounts for individuals who are paying regularly on time.Only then can the leftover maintenance be regularly obtained from other flat owners. 

You can also give a discount for payment for a whole year advance payment or 2 qtr advance payments.


Please think it over. If you increase it logically, we have to think before paying any maintenance charges regularly.

What about the audit reports?

Hi,

I second the queries raised in this email. In addition, there are 100+ of owners who're not paying the maintenance on-time. It will be better if association share the steps taken and the results on maintenance due recovery. In my opinion, if the maintenance due from everyone is proper, we don't need to pay the extra maintenance charges. 

1. We've received an email from association saying that frequent complaints to the govt departments is one of the reason for additional charges. Instead of asking owners support to stop raising complaints, why can't the association solve the issues and be complaint-free. 

2. Dog-bite issue is still open and lots of kids/elders are injured. My tenant vehicle seat has been damaged. Zero care from association.

3. Bike-stickers are still stolen and we're paying sticker charges frequently.

4. When I visited VBHC recently, I see the compound wall behind Phase 2A has changed i.e., The place where we were bursting crackers/playing cricket was cut down and I can see a huge building there. Not sure if this matter was discussed in any of the GBM meetings.

5. The internet quality has come down completely and the monopoly still exists. No voice raised against this. 

6. Although vehicle stickers are issues, I've seen lots of vehicles without stickers parked. Trespassers can also easily enter our premises. 

FYI: I have cleared all the maintenance dues except the recent raised invoice (Higher price). Need the right justification rather than the usual pollution board control, etc etc etc. 

Please provide clarification on all these open items so that we feel some satisfaction to pay the maintenance charges.
