Dear all,

I would bring your attention to the scary mail (trail mail) from Mr.Theenathayalan to me.

I am scared that i am staying with such neighbors.

I am being threatened with such nasty mail and such person claims that they stand for betterment of VBHC.

It was in response to my mail which was for VBHC association enlightenment and strengthening(below trail mail).

If this is the way people are threatened by some person then VBHC will turn into no man's land soon.

Please note that the association has not been dissolved and we are regularly working towards the betterment of the society and so we had volunteered to be the elected members of VVAAOA.

Our earlier message related to this note was very clear that most of the board members are not interested to continue and we did not say that board members had resigned. 

Only 5 members resigned from the board, out of which 3 were accepted and the other 2 withdrew their resignation as they would like to continue to work for the society.

12 members are there in the board now out of 15 and we have elected 3 other members too earlier this week via board election as per the Byelaws.

VVAAOA is an elected legal body and we are authorised to call for public meetings and not others unless they do it for their personal reasons.

Please reach out to us if you face any issues and we can find out a solution together as all of us are part of the association.

As of now our campus is like abandoned child . It's not in safe hand. Our campus future in Air. Not able to rewrite our campus fate . Conduct the election to select new VVAAOA team asap.

Dear owners,

If current VVAAOA members ( only 3 instead of 15) keep extending election process or GBM , request all to stop making the maintenance payment.

There is no track where / how / when our money being utilised.

No external auditors report is shared. 

No track on non collected maintenance fund.which is grown like cancel cell.

So far approximately 1 crore is pending to be paid for our all our vendors.

Our campus assets are not maintained well .Example past one year main entrance RFID boom barrier is not used for residents

Request all owners to treat this as sensitive to safe guard our hard earned assets .

Hi Arindam,

When group of owners struggling to get betterment of society and when they raise reasonable question to irresponsible board members you commented on sarcastic way that questioning owners are interested in board chair and board role .

Since you insulted owners who is struggling and questioning , since you commented irresponsiblly and in sarcastic way ( when there is sensitive situation - more than 1 crore due pending to  vendors ) you clearly showed to all of us that your shit hole and mouth is same .
We really feel ashame with such irresponsible neighbour like you.

To give respect to all other owners and to maintain ethics in open forum I sent that mail to you one 2 one since you deserve that.

Try to remember that in open forum always give respect and deserve respect only will workout.

Rather trying to spoil my reputation try to do something good for society. Atleast raise your question to irresponsible board members.

Until you learn manners I will not show my manners / ethics to you.
