Average ratingの表記がぶれている

Actions on gooleの管理画面の、

Ratings summaryのAverage ratingと、その左下のAverage ratingの数値がずれています。

この２つは、それぞれ計算方法が違うのでしょうか？

ご存知の方、いらっしゃいましたらご教示いただきたく存じます。

Ratings summaryのAverage ratingと、その左下のAverage ratingの数値がずれています。

確かにズレていますね。何か数値にそれぞれ別の意味があって仕様どおりなのか、それとも不具合なのか、判断がつかないので、Google に Issue 報告をしました。結果が来次第お伝えいたします。

[What steps will reproduce the problem?]

1. Open the Actions on Google Console, and select the action which has one or more ratings from users.
2. Go to Analytics > Directory page.
3. Compare the "Average rating" value of "Rating summary" section to the latest "Average" value of "Average rating" section.

[What is the expected output? What do you see instead?]

As expected behavior, the two values (the "Average rating" value of "Rating summary" section and the latest "Average" value of "Average rating" section) should be same. However, different values are displaying as like the attached screenshot.

[Please provide any additional information below.]

If the displaying different values are expected behavior, I want to know each calculating expression. Otherwise, I hope that the average rating displaying feature is fixed.
