Hi ASSIST Tutors!

Happy new year! Hope you had a wonderful holiday and much needed rest from all the amazing work you did last year.

This email serves not only to remind you that the ASSIST is still up and running this year but also to inform you that all returning tutors have to re-apply. However, you will be given preference during the review and approval process of applications . You can find the new tutor application form here.

We need as much help as we can get this year - signing up 300+ volunteer tutors is no joke! So please inform everyone that you know that may be interested in joining us this year to sign up at our O-week table. We are situated towards the back of the tent at the WCCO (Wits Citizenship and Community Outreach) table.

If you are available to help anytime during the next 2 days (to advertise the ASSIST across the Wits campuses) please contact Funeka Memela at fuf...@gmail.com . Feel free to forward any other enquiries that you may have to the same email address.

The ASSIST will be having an information session on the12th of February (next Wednesday) at Umthombo Building (U2) during lunch.
