Changes of Assist running days during Exams

Dear tutors,

Due to time constraints that may arise because of exams we have decided to run the program only two days a week (Monday and Saturday). All tutors are encouraged to check their timetables and decide on which day from the two they will be available to come. 

This adjustment will only began on the first week of exams (21st of October) and everything else will run as usual. Most of us will not be available when the students start writing their exams (as some go home or on holidays after exams) so this will be the only time available for us  to prepare them for their final exams.

Please email me (gmaun...@gmail.com) and advise which day will be most suitable for you. I would advise that you chose a day which you will be most consistent, however it is still acceptable if you wish to rotate days for the three weeks.

I will be available on all Mondays excpet October 28th as I will be writing an exam. I will make up for this on that Saturday.
