Since early Febuary I have been staggering when walking and having
trouble keeping my balance. I haven't wanted to consume much except
soup, broth, juices, and milk–but without weight loss. I am diabetic,
but poorly controlled. Lately my glucose level has been falling like a
rock: usually into the normal range (unheard of for me) and several
times to the low end of the normal range. This tells me I am losing the
ability to asimilate food.
For a long time I haven't been able to put on my own socks. Now I can
hardly get into underwear or pants.
Today for the first time I struggled 15 minutes to get out of bed.
Certainly, my time is at hand. Without being able to meet the simple
tasks of day-to-day living, there's no point in hanging on. Thankfully,
I am in no pain or particular discomfort when sitting still. I will
probably die quietly here at home in Marble Falls, TX.
Some time ago I asked for prayers for a dying Lisa Leal, and I'm
convinced your petitions helped her to sainthood. Shortly after she
departed I asked her for relief from a long and terrible drought, and we
immediately got some soaking rains. Now I ask for prayers for a happy
death for me.
Thanks,
Moh Tom Clark
