The first political issue to resolve is--why are there two lists, assessing-agility, and agile-developer-skills? Don't you think our assessment product will be better if we work together?

agile-developer-skills was created primarily in response to the potential Scrum Certified Developer program, and seems to be mostly focused on certifications -- how, what, why, etc..

I believe Josh started assessing-agility as a list much more narrowly focused on on-going learning and assessment without a goal of certification.

Can the two come together? i don't know... there's probably a fair mix of people on both lists anyway.

FWIW "on-going learning and assessment without a goal of certification" would be where my interest is.

I do like the idea of a charter, too though... especially if it supports that.

That's not my take of the lists. I think they're both trying to do the same thing, showing a strong bias for a system that values continuous learning.  Regardless, the more we can unite the more likely it is, in my opinion, to make something that meets the needs of a wide audience.
