Subject: [ADS] Invitation to Agile Skills Discussion
To:
agile-devel...@googlegroups.comHello All,
As you may recall, the Agile Skills
Project<
http://www.agileskillsproject.com/>is centered around the
Agile Skills
Matrix<
http://www.agileskillsproject.org/skillsmatrix.html, a list of
skills that we think are important to being a productive member of an
agile team. If you agree, in spirit, with what we're trying to
accomplish, please help out by participating in a discussion on
individual skill descriptions. We need to find things we can quickly
converge on, rather than sustain an ongoing debate, so that's why
we're proposing a time box of 2 days per skill. Initially, we're
asking you to focus discussion on the individual skill of the day.
Procedural, contextual, or other related topics should be taken
off-list to one of the moderators--but since everyone here has the
permission to post here at any time, feel free to say what needs to be
said. Our moderators will post the first skill today, with a quick
description of the scope/format we expect, and we'll wait until the
end of Monday to close discussion. Any concerns? Our first moderators
will be D. André Dhondt (
d.andre...@gmail.com) and Chet
Hendrickson (
ch...@hendricksonxp.com).

NOTE FROM GROUP MODERATORS:
Much of the discussion in the group is predicated on the Meeting Notes and Proposals published in the Pages Section. If you have not yet reviewed them, we strongly recommend you do.
