Sorry thought my reply was just going to Justen Leonard who I believe is representing the pacific green party. I received an invite to join group. I am legislative committee chair of CWa 7901 and also steering committee for Working Families Party and Committee member for Healthcare for all Orgegon as welll as some otjher groups. I responded to Justen as I am already on twitter and his link kept promting me to join.  join as many groups as possible because I want information. We do not have a real newspapaer in portland nor an unbiased tv media. I wont reply to any more so either add me or not. Sorry to cause any confusion.

If you are with the Green Party I am all ears, and interest. Sorry, I was not sure if I was getting emails from a local
religious group called 'Assembly in Salem'. I was looking for clarity on this point.
 
If you know of Green Party gatherings and plans please advise. My heart is with the Greens, sadly they have not been
received well by the electoret.
 
As our growing more obvious environmental concerns grow, I expect that the apparent 'head in sand' problem will
decay, and more level headed folks will pursue policies that are more fitting to our emerging 'reality'.

James. I am with the Working Families Party and the other groups I mentioned. My association with the Green Party is through Health Care for All Oregon as I usually am the contact person to make sure they have the invites to our meetings. I usually contact Micheal Meo although Jorden is a secondary contact. I just assumed assembly in salem was about the feb 11 action on capital steps or about legislation. If it is a religious group I am not interested. As I said I just got an invite to join but this is sounding not to be what I thought it was. sorry for all the confusion

Sorry for the confusion.   Apparently Jordan has an automated email connected to his twitter account and is working through his old email lists. Not sure how to stop it.

This list has been dormant for some time.  It was originally set up to coordinate some legislative actions at the State Capitol at the height of the Occupy movement in early 2012.  We had a lot of fun with the legislature during those days!

There are a lot of activists on this list -  some I've had the pleasure to work since and some I have not.   Since I guess I'm the only remaining admin for the group left, it would be interesting to know your thoughts on whether this list would be useful again when the legislative session begins.  At any rate, it's nice to people still active on various causes.

yep sorry, I clicked without really thinking when starting a new twitter account and I think it went to everyone I ever emailed. A one click ops to a 1,000 plus, but didn't want to further spam with an apology.

Currently I am active only as a member of the Green Party, and for now only willing to set aside political volunteer time for wolf-pac/working on amendment to get money out of politics.  Yay Vermont and California.

again sorry for the twitter spam and I'll be more careful about social media apps in the future
