Assembla file upload API not working, returning error 404 ( { "error": "Tool not found for this project" }

Hello,

I am trying to execute file upload API ,bit it is not working

I am referring to

https://api-docs.assembla.cc/content/ref/documents_create.html

I am using X-api-key and secrete instead of bearer token

I a able to create ticket and custom field using x-api key and secrete .

Please let me know how to resolve this
