Getting Tags with Tickets

I'm told that if I want to get the Tags for a ticket, I need to retrieve the tags for each ticket one at a time from the API. Which wouldn't be too bad, but I'm pulling an entire milestone of tickets and pulling the tags for all of them takes time and could be quite a few requests. 

A) Have I missed something that could help there?

B) Any chance of a "with_tags=true" param option on the API to allow us to pull all the tickets and tags at ones?
