Where Is The [WORK] Download Button On Disney Plus

According to several sources, Disney Plus has a restart button for if you want to start a movie over that is only part way through. This button is missing from every device I have Disney Plus on (Sony TV, Browser, Amazon Kindle Fire). The only button available is the resume button. Did Disney Plus remove the restart feature?
Am I the only one who lost the skip intro button? There was a feature that used to auto skip the intro or ending credits and moved to the next scene or episode. I'm also not getting the 'Skip Intro' button
I'm having the exact same issue. I've tried uninstalling the app, factory resetting the Roku, everything and I always just get an "ok" button. I even went into my Disney+ account and forced it to log out of my account but nothing helps. As the others have said, everything was working fine until a few weeks ago.

-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
When trying to Access Disney Plus, the login process involves two pages.
First you have to enter an email address on this URL
Here, the email field is focussed already, there is a cursor blinking and the 1password dropdown is open. (But it will also close if I press the 1password button on the right or click outside the text field. And once I click back into the email field, the 1password dropdown reveals the potential credentials I can use. (Oddly, it also shows an ABC login I have as an option. another bug?)
I only have one potential credential I know I can use. So I bring my mouse over that credential, the background changes from white to blue. The mouse does not change to the pointer finger however like it would on the continue button underlaying the dropdown. I tried to click on that option. However, 1password did not fill the email field here. Even though the other entry would be inaccurate, I tried that ABC login option but that also didn't work.

And on this page, there is no email field. There is only a password field. The password field has a reveal/hide button on the right of the 1password button. I attempted the same thing as above to get 1password to fill in the password in the field.
@steph.giles I feel so silly now. Yes when I was following Paul's troubleshooting steps 1password was not unlocked.
This time I was able to click save login, but the dialog titled "Save in" just continued to show the spinning loading indicator with a cancel button underneath.
nebular support got back to me with a sort of fix, they have uploaded a new version to the nebular store. This now has all the main menus back but when when I select a movie i still just get a full screen image, however I can now drag this down with my own AIR MOUSE (doesnt work with provided remote) to see the play button.
Samsung....will you please implement a setting on new TV firmware to disable these shortcut buttons...i.e., Netflix, Prime, and Samsung TV. I am beyond sick and tired of tapping these by accident and then having to navigate back to where I was before. They are ill placed just below the volume and channel toggles. These buttons are not useful and only contribute to frustration. I don't care how much Netflix and Amazon paid you to plaster their product on my remote...I want them disabled and if I do not get the option to do so, these will be my last Samsung TVS. LG will gladly take my money
I have to agree, there has to be a way to either turn off or reprogram /remap the Netflix and Prime video buttons, both of those platforms are irrelevant to me, and changing them to something more relevant would be more feasible. I have seen apps like, Button Mapper and Downloader, that are used in Android devices to reprogram the remote controls. Samsung engineers should put a similar app in their smart TVs so folks will be able to modify the remote controls to their liking. That would be a win-win situation, and a smart one as well. If anyone out there's a Spectrum subscriber, we have a Disney plus basic subscription offered at no cost. However here's where things get interesting and inaccessible. I started on the mac. I then did the same steps written below on the phone which was where the get disney plus button was visible. After clicking the activate link, I'm taken to the disney plus website. After the email is entered, the only button shown by Voice over is log in. Of course, how do you when you can't create the account? so after cooling off the Irish rage, I went on the phone. It did show me the Get Disney Plus button. Once clicked on, Icloud asked to save the password which I said yes. Then I tapped open in app, and it seemed to freeze. So I've uninstalled it and will get sighted help creating the account. If there's any spectrum subscriber that created this successfully, please reply. Thanks so much.

I have a 2016 TV, so as well as disney plus not working on my smart TV I now have issues with Prime video. In recent days using either the smart remote or standard remote i can't select anything. All of the other buttons work but for some reason the most important button has stopped working. Any ideas?

Step 1 Launch TunePat DisneyPlus Video Downloader on your Windows PC. Click on the key icon to open the registration window, as shown below. Alternatively, you can click the "Menu" button and choose "Register" in the drop-down menu.
Step 2 Click on the "Settings" button in the upper right corner to open the settings popup. Choose a video format (MP4/MKV), video quality (High, Medium, or Low), and select the language of audio tracks and subtitles, and more.
If you are downloading movies, you will get the options directly after clicking on the arrow. But if you are downloading TV shows, you need to choose your desired season and episodes first, then click on the "Advanced Download" button to access the options.
