Strong J2EE backgrounds
Strong Struts 1.x and 2.x coding
Hibernate
XML
Have coded apps that leverage Oracle DBs/HP-UX servers
AJAX
Excellent communication skills
Know how to code very scalable systems (multi-threaded etc)

All candidates must have all skills listed above and be proficient
with all.
