Required Skills: Pega Lead Developer / System Architect

ASR is seeking Pega Lead Developer / System Architect.

Must have a Minimum 8+ years software development experience with 4+
years hands-on experience in PRPC
2. Out of total PRPC experience, last 1.5-2 years should be in
architecture and design of BPM solutions based on PRPC
3. Candidate must have strong communication skills and should be able
to handle his role as Lead System Architect independently .

Required SKills:
PRPC certification on version 5.x
4+ years with Pega development and implementation experience (Must
have)
Demonstrate experience and expertise in Pega
Ability to create solutions and defend them through excellent verbal &
written communication skills
Must be able to define and play an active role in the development/
implementation process
Ability to mentor and lead team of junior Pega developers/system
architects

Nice to Have Skills:
Practical experience on Pega Agile/Iterative method
Experience in Banking/Financial Services
