ASR is seeking experienced ICM developers. Candidates will be required
to have 3-5 years experience as a Cisco ICM (Intelligent Call Manager)
developer. Knowledge & experience in ICM routing development;
translation routes, building new queues, ICM configuration and
scripting, testing and validation. Must have ICM development
experience, not just installation and upgrade experience for Cisco
ICM. Experience working with various types of ACD switches - Aspect,
Avaya, Rockwell. Experience with Cisco internetworking technologies
related to VOIP solutions such as Call Manager, IPCC, CVP. Experience
in designing and developing CTI applications in ICM is a plus.
Experience with SQL, Visual Basic, C, C++ or Java is required. CVP
micro application development experience is required. Experience in a
TAC environment for production support is helpful. Candidates must
have excellent Client relation skills, outstanding communication skills
(English speaking with ease of understanding oral & written
communication) and Mastery of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Visio.
