As the grant contracting process for 2026 is ongoing, I would like to request your approval to initiate the necessary HR process (announcement and selection) and procurement processes to ensure readiness for the project activities at the start of January 2026 (eg., HtaWaRa mobile application maintenance and infra cost, internet service, etc.).
