Dear Implementing Partners,

Warm greetings from the FMO!
We hope this message finds you and your team in the conflict-affected townships safe and well. Your dedication and timely updates regarding the local situation and response activities have been crucial, and we express our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you.

In order to optimize the workload and reporting flow for the situation update, we have prepared an updated version of the reporting template, here. With this new template, starting from February 2025, IP will need to report the required information on the monthly basis, before the 5th of every month. This information is essential for keeping our donors informed and engaged in our collective efforts.

If sudden incidents or requirements arise, ad-hoc communication will be established between FMO and IP and request the necessary information as needed.
Your commitment and efforts on the ground are deeply appreciated. We also recognize the demands on your time and are grateful for your ongoing dedication and resilience.

Thank you for your cooperation. Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,
Kachin Team

Dear Sayar,

Good Evening!
Thanks for the submission. As far as I know, there were 7 GPs in AYFHS network and in the situation report it is 9. I just want to confirm that MMA has recruited 2 new GPs in S1 and I also want to know their covering townships. Thanks.

with warm regards,
yu

Dear Ma Yu,
Thank you for your email and for your close review.
Yes, two new GPs from Thanlyin Township were recruited and have joined the AYFHS network since February. This brings the total number of GPs to 9 under the current implementation.
Please feel free to reach out if you need any further details.
