The estimated budget for the event is USD 2374.26, which is proposed to be allocated from the budget line under 2.3.03 IDPD celebration event (Online/Interpersonal).

As per the email sent by Shwe Inn Arr OPD (our implementing partner), which is attached here, we would like to propose to support 300,000 MMK for refreshments for PWDs and their caregivers attending the event on 3 December 2025, within the FMO approved budget under budget line 2.3.03 IDPD celebration event (Online/ Interpersonal).

Please find attached the updated breakdown including the refreshment support cost for Shwe Inn Arr OPD and promotional items for IDPD. In addition, we would like to inform you that the project team plans to provide awareness activities on the IDPD event day, 3rd December 2025, in coordination with Shwe Inn Arr OPD.
