As you are already informed during the Face to Face meeting, we have plan to visit MMA's office in the last week of November. According to our subsequent discussion, 26th and 27th Nov will be our visit dates. So, I would like to top up information concerning our upcoming trip.

Purpose of the visit:
To conduct Program Monitoring to implementing partners and
To conduct the data verification and system assessment of routine data quality assurance activities

Participants:

26th Nov - Dr. Yu Sandar Moe

27th Nov - Dr. Yu Sandar Moe and Dr. Wai Yan Maung Maung

Scope of Work:

1) Discover the insights and well tailored approach of customized dialogue session
2) Evaluate AYFHS and DFHS services supported by MMA through private health care providers 

3) Explore the voices of local youths and ASRH alumni of South Dagon Township

4) Review the implementation progress of program activities ( Achievement Vs Plan, Challenges, etc)

5) Assess the policy, procedures and workflow of the project including documentation

Preparation:

1) Kindly be requested for a 15- 30 minutes presentation reflecting MMA's marvelous work in 2024 [ Suggested Presentation Outline: Background information including updated organogram and demography, Key activities and achievements, Reaching the most vulnerable population, M&E System including data quality issues, HFA Related Activities and Achievements, Issues and challenges,Wayforward and other relevant outlines ]
2) Source documents for spot checks such as training documents, guidelines, etc.

3) RDQA related documents ( will be emailed later )

Draft Itinerary:

26th Nov 2024 - South Dagon Township

- Visit Customized Dialogue Session for PLHIV

- Meet with AYFHS Doctor

- Meet with local youths and FHS alumni

27th Nov 2024 - MMA Office

- Presentation by MMA

- Meet with MMA Staff

- M&E Data verification and System assessment
