RCM liabilities tax invoice

Should we issue Self Invoice for GST liability discharge on RCM or GST can be discharge through expenses booking voucher?

For RCM liabilities tax invoice has to be issued on self.

01. For RCM we have to issue self invoice  and it  should be declared in GSTR-1 for the month return . 

02.For Non GST Bills documents, We can keep it separate series .
