Asproxy not working with my url "https://10.10.11.9"

I am accessing a private network website through Asproxy,my other private website accessing successfully but when i access https://10.10.11.9 it show some garbage language on page and nothing else.can you help me what is the problem?? does Asproxy work with https??

It is not related to the proxy.

You should bypass your local by setting your browsers. 

In Chrome by adding your local network as exceptions and in Firefox by setting it in 'No proxy for' section.
